He responded very quickly to the work description I provided on Thumbtack. Based on his reply we set up an appointment which he responded to on time and provided valuable suggestions with regard to the scope of the project. He suggested the type of and the overall layout of the shrubs, the style, the placement of and material to be used on the walk and laid out an overall time-frame for the completion of the work required.
He followed this up with a contract that described the material to be provided, a schedule for the progression of work and a total cost of the project. His estimate was very competitive among the offers I received. Once the agreement was signed, he began work on schedule and completed the milestones as identified in the agreement without issue.
